As a Level 1 telecalling freelancers on Goutbound, you've shown that you're committed to providing quality telecalling services to clients. To reach this level, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Earn more than ₹10,000
  • Be an active telecalling freelancers for at least 30 days
  • Complete at least 10 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.5-star rating or higher
  • Respond to inquiries within 30 Minutes
  • Achieve a 90% on-time delivery rate
  • Receive no warnings or account suspensions
  • No Violation according to the policy

You'll get to:

  • Achieve “Best Performer Profile Tag”
  • Create up to 5 active services
  • Add up to 2 additional services per Gig
  • Enjoy access to verified clients
  • Withdraw your earnings after 14 days

  • Earn more than ₹25,000
  • Be an active telecalling freelancers for at least 65 days
  • Complete at least 25 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.5-star rating or higher
  • Respond to inquiries within 30 Minutes
  • Achieve a 95% on-time delivery rate
  • Receive no warnings or account suspensions
  • No Violation according to the policy

  • Achieve “Best Achiever Profile Tag”
  • Create up to 10 active services
  • Add up to 3 additional services per Gig
  • Enjoy access to top clients
  • Withdraw your earnings after 7 days

  • Earn more than ₹50,000
  • Be an active telecalling freelancers for at least 120 days
  • Complete at least 50 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.5-star rating or higher
  • Respond to inquiries within 30 Minutes
  • Achieve a 98% on-time delivery rate
  • Receive no warnings or account suspensions
