We are advertisement agency. We are looking to work with Indian clients who wants to get clients from USA for his ecommerce, IT services and web development services. We target them and help them get leads.

Our focus is sale not calls you attend. We care but it's not our primary focus. We have results, testimonials and we are working with high ticket sales. If you have done advertisement services in high ticket and got some numbers backing your work, we are good to go.

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to research potential clients and approach them through cold calling, fostering meaningful connections, and generating leads for our services.
1. Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough research on freelance portals to identify potential clients who may require our services. Analyze their requirements, project history, and preferences to tailor your approach effectively.
2. Client Approach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling on freelance portals. Present our services persuasively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
3. Build Rapport: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and preferences. Engage in active listening to address their concerns and build trust in our services.
4. Lead Generation: Effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel by following up on initial contacts, providing additional information as needed, and addressing any inquiries promptly.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of engagement with clients to ensure a win-win outcome. Close deals by demonstrating the value proposition and addressing objections effectively.
1. Proven Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in B2B environment, is highly desirable.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
3. Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and deliver solutions tailored to their requirements.
4. Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Linkedin and several communication platform.
7. Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.
