Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant for Outbound Calls at Digital Mojo, you will play a critical role in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, understand their marketing needs, and introduce them to the services that Digital Mojo offers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and prepare the ground for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Digital Mojo's digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
Understand and analyze the marketing needs of potential clients and match them with the appropriate services offered by Digital Mojo.
Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team for detailed discussions and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, including call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling scripts and approaches based on market trends and feedback.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital marketing trends and Digital Mojo's service offerings.
Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Provide input to the sales and marketing teams on client feedback and market demands to help shape future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales calls or telemarketing, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they can benefit businesses.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies and marketing trends.
Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
